How it works
Effort is how hard you work. Quality is how well the result meets the standard expected. Both matter — high effort with poor quality still produces a disappointing result. The person who hired you judges the outcome, not just the time you spent.

Real-life money moment: Chukwu sweeps a compound in five minutes. His friend takes fifteen minutes and does it thoroughly. The homeowner pays the friend in full and asks him back next week. Chukwu gets half pay. — Speed is not the same as quality. The employer decides what good work looks like.
